'Going Viral' Emails
for
Going Bubble-Up/Trickle-Up America in 2012
through
The Cooperation Way
As
it turns
out, our nation
may be
under attack from
possible one of, if not
'the' mostserious threat ever.
Our Supreme Court has just handed our
nation on a silver platter to the world's cor-
porations. With this move, unless it can be re-
versed, 236 years of government of the people,
by the people and for the peoplewill be lost to
'The Money – Global Government of the Corpora-
porations, By the Corporations, and For the Corpora-
tions. So, for all who truly love their country, and for
all who truly love democracy, and for all who are truly
concerned over whether or not our children and grand-
children will be able to grow and blossom under the umbrella
of democracy, the time to act is now. Not tomorrow, not next
year, not when it might become too late. Because the Supreme
Court ruling is so broad, the only real hope of a full reversal, the only
real hope of gaining back our government of the people, by the people, and
for the people will be through an Amendment to the
UnitedStates
Constitution

let's all vote for a President and a Congress
who we know care about living
– bubble-up/trickle-up –
and thus, our emulating together the
universe's only known approach
to long-term health, wealth,
and well-being.

I
do not believe
the kind of government
Lincoln had in mind when he gave the
Gettysburg Address was: 'Global Government
Of the Corporations, By the Corporations, and For the
Corporations'. What I do believe he had in mind, as well
as did all of the great pioneers who sacrificed so much to
bring our country into existence, as well as did all of the sold-
iers who have fought and died on a the battlefields of our nation's
236 year history, as well as did all of the soldiers who have been
wounded, as well as all who have suffered some of the most unspeak-
able of hardships in preserving our nation's freedom, is a form of
bubble-up/trickle-up self-determination where it is the people
who guide their own destiny. For me, what captures best,
that for which so many have fought so hard, for which
so many have sacrificed so much, and for which so
many have so valiantly died, are the last,
— now-immortalized — words from
Lincoln's Gettysburg Address:
"... that government
of the people,
by the people,
and for the people,
shall not perish from the earth."

Some of
the best news around
is that grassroots is not only popular
in wide open fields, and with the way our United
States Government used to work. It seems that, from
quarks to atoms to molecules in the primordial realms,
from single-celled organisms to complex organisms to
entire ecosystems here on earth, and from celestial
bodies to solar systems to galaxies in the heavens
above, bubble-up/trickle-up development is the
only way of becoming long-term healthy with our
universe, and among the balance of life
on earth.
Do we really want to turn over
our grassroots government
of the people, by the
people, and for
the people
to
Global Government Of the Corporations,
By the Corporations, and For the Corporations?

How
many who made
the ultimate sacrifice, how many
who have been wounded or maimed, how
many who have endured unspeakable physical
and emotional hardships, and how many who have
sacrificed family life and careers in
The Revolutionary War,
The War of 1812,
The Civil War
World War I
World War II
The Korean War
The Vietnam War
The 1990 Gulf War
On September 11, 2001
and in The Afghanistan War
and The Iraq War
are either watching us from their graves, their
hospital beds, or their now-greatly-challenged lives,
as our generation lets government of the people, by the
people, and for the peopleslip though our hands and into
the hands of 'The Money' – of Global Government Of the Cor-
porations, By the Corporations, and For the Corporations.

Throughout our Nation's history, without a free press there can be no democracy. And when the "free" press is owned by 'The Money' – as in 'global government of the corporations, by the corporations, and for the corporations' – then a free press no longer exists, and consequently, government of the people, by the people and for the people, no longer exists. For example:
When
1. one of the largest corporate fine in US history, which was a fine for criminalizing the sale to the general public of drugs known to be harmful to the heart, and when
2. the fine for this criminal behavior is not against a Columbia or Mexican drug cartel, but against Pfizer, the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, and when
3. the fine is not in the millions, or tens-of-millions, or hundreds-of-millions, but in the billions, and when
4. you learn the fine was announced to the world in our Nation's (the World's??) flagship newspaper, the New York Times, but not on page one, or on page 10, or even page 20, but in a small article tucked away back on page 35,
then you know certain that America no longer has a free press, and as a result, can no longer can be considered to truly have a democratic government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
When as a result of the Exxon Valdez oil spill, one of the worst environmental disasters in the history of the world, which
1. killed not only countless scores of birds, fish, otters and other forms of wildlife,
2. but destroyed the livelihoods of untold numbers of Alaskans whose incomes and businesses were destroyed by the oil spill,
3. and which was intentionally log-jammed by Exxon in the courts for 19 years, thus denying its victims much-deserved relief,
4. and in which the total fine for punitive damages levied against Exxon – the world's second largest corporation with 442 billion in sales – was, in effect, reduced from $5 billion to $ 508 million by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and upheld by the United States Supreme Court,
you can know that the highest courts in the land are no longer committed to upholding government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
When the five most-conservative members of the United States Supreme Court, our nation's highest judicial authority, specifically request to re-hear a case on campaign finance laws, in which,
1. they then reverse a century-old law, and two former Supreme Court rulings, restricting the use of corporate money and influence on who wins elections,
2. and now as a direct result, corporations like Pfizer, with 44.2 billion in annual revenues, Exxon Mobile with $442 billion in annual revenues, Citigroup with $104 billion in annual revenues, and Goldman Sachs with 45 billion in annual revenues, and so on, can gang together and spend however many billions they want,
3. not just, as before, for covering the cost of fines for criminal behavior, not just tying cases against them up in the courts for decades without just resolution, not just for getting the size of the levied fines reduced in the billions of dollars,
4. but, and worst of all, for buying politicians so that they can, a) criminalize even further the sale of drugs harmful to the public, b) work in their favor all future court rulings, but c) put in their back pockets the entire body of our local, state, and national government, then
government of the people, by the people, and for the people has been sold out to 'The Money', or, Global Government Of the Corporations, By the Corporations, and For the Corporations.
For the fall 2012 elections, The Cooperation Way suggests that...the people...'go viral' on the internet to help save our grassroots democracy by
1. reelecting President Obama,
2. giving him a majority vote in both houses of Congress, and then
3.
demanding in return… the full and total restoration
of democratic
government of the people,
by the people, and for the people....
